The profile for this job is Software Engineer Trainee.
Candidate should be from 2022 batch only.
Candidate should not have any pending backlogs.
The candidate's educational qualification should be B.E or B.Tech from any recognized university/college is allowed.
Candidate should be from computer science/Information technology/Mechanical or equivalent branch/stream only.
Candidates should have a good academic recods of 60% throughout the academics including 10th, 12th, B.E/B.Tech.
Candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Candidate should be passionate about own work and good team spirit.
Candidate should drive to go for the best solutions.

Candidate should have good attitude and very good communication skills - verbal and written English.
Candidate should have knowledge of programming languages, program design and development procedures.
Candidate should have sound knowledge on analytical skills.

Key accountabilities & responsibilities
Good understanding of object oriented programming and software engineering.
Basic understanding of Agile software development methodology.
Analyse business requirements to determine algorithms and logic for programming.
Development of technology based components and interfaces.
Develop desktop and web applications using popular frameworks, upskill/cross-skill in other frameworks as per requirement.
Perform Testing activities to ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
Debug and resolving technical issues.
Provide L2, L3 Support wherever needed.
Continually engage in professional development, training and certifications.
Develop documentation providing details of the design, coding & testing activities.
Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments through service improvements and innovations.
Candidate should be flexible to work on IT Skills (Ex : JAVA, .NET, SAP, RPA, Testing, Application Packaging, PLM etc.) based on business demands.
